What happens when you delete

1 We receive your request and send a confirmation email within 24 hours.
2 Your account is deactivated immediately — you will no longer be able to log in or make bookings.
3 All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

⚠️ This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, booking history, and wallet balance cannot be recovered. Any pending earnings will be forfeited.

Data we may retain

Billing and transaction records — retained for 10 years under Romanian tax law
Identity verification documents — deleted within 1 year of account closure
Anonymised usage statistics — retained indefinitely for platform analytics
